Terms and Conditions
Mandaram offers set online pre-recorded/prepared online courses, as well as tailored individualised short courses through both its website and in-store. By purchasing a Mandaram course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General
1.1 Mandaram courses are designed to educate, inspire and integrate body, mind and lifestyle medicine to help allow people to create real and lasting change within their lives.

2. Content
2.1 Access to all pre-recorded/prepared online courses is via an online course Platform.
2.2 Depending on your selected course, each course may include access to all or a combination of the following: Written modules, Embedded webinar lectures (core content), Downloadable PDFs (core content), Video resources, and/or Audio resources. Each course may also include (but is not limited to): journaling exercises, daily practices, contemplation exercises, reflection exercises.

3. Delivery
3.1 Upon enrolment you will be required to register your details to access course materials via the online platform by providing the following information: Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Address, Email address and phone number.
3.2 For a pre-recorded/prepared online course, you will be provided with a password to access the delivery Platform. You must ensure the security and confidentiality of your registration details, including any username and/or Password. Those enrolled in a tailored and individualised short course, will be provided course content at/during each session.
3.3 You must not allow any other person to use your Password.
3.4 You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your registered details.
3.5 Information you provide is managed by our Privacy Policy. 

4. Fees & Method of Payment
4.1 By purchasing Mandaram course(s), you agree to pay the advertised online price in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please check the equivalent in your local currency.
4.2 All course fees include GST where applicable.
4.3 We reserve the right to change these prices from time to time. Please check the website for updated and current pricing information.

5. Withdrawal, Cancellations, Refund requests
5.1 All courses are to be paid in full prior to commencement/access to the courses. We do not offer payment plans.
5.2 You may with withdraw from any course at any time, however, please note that there is no refund provided for a change of mind and/or withdrawal from your selected course.

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright
6.1 All programs and materials available within any courses or programs created by Mandaram are the property of Mandaram and/or our affiliates/licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 All material including but not limited to course content, manuals, videos, coaching toolkits, business toolkits and all other material is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use.
6.3 You may not use any of the materials available on this platform or within any course in a manner that infringes on any of our rights or that has not been authorised by us.
6.4 You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium any material or any course without the express permission of Mandaram. Permission must be obtained in writing.

7. Disclaimer
You understand and agree that:
7.1 You have engaged Mandaram’s services and/or purchased Mandaram course(s) at your own risk, and that all courses are provided as an educational and informational service or product only.
7.2 You shall refer any medical questions (including psychological and/or emotional issues) which may arise during any course to qualified professionals.
7.3 You shall refer to a qualified professional before making/considering any health-related decision during, or as a result of participating in any course of Mandaram courses.
7.5 Mandaram does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees, verbally or in writing, regarding your results from any of our courses.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Mandaram confirms that all services and/or products are supplied to you with due care and skill and fit for the purpose that the services have been advertised.
8.2 To the extent that Mandaram is unable to exclude liability; total liability for loss or damage you suffer or incur from services and/or products though Mandaram is limited to re-supplying the Services and/or products to you, or, at Mandaram’s discretion, refunding to you the amount you have paid for the Services or products to which your claim relates.

9. Jurisdiction
This Agreement must be read and construed according to the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
The Parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Victoria.
